Koroneiki
Koroneiki displays a characteristic fragrant aroma of apples and pears. It has a wonderful warm pungency, with a complex array of fresh herbs, followed by a smooth balance of rich pepperiness on the back of the palate. It is available in 250ml and 1l.

"The aroma profile is green almond, green grass, apple, tomato vine, sweet melon and rose with very powerful intensity. Abundant and complex ... The oil
has strong bitterness and spicy pepper which contribute to a good mouthfeel ... A warm clean oil with warm chilli endive heat to finish."

History
Our first harvest in 2012 yielded 15 litres of beautiful and aromatic oil. In the following year, the yield increased to 48 litres and the oil was awarded a gold medal and the champion oil at the Tasmanian Fine Food Awards (TFFA).
Over the next few years, our yield steadily increased, and in 2015 our oil was awarded the champion oil at the TFFA and the champion delicate oil at the Australian International Olive Awards (AIOA).
Further awards were received between 2016 and 2018, including being awarded champion oil for our Picual varietal in 2017 at the TFFA.
In 2019 and 2020, we had very low yields due to several factors including heavy rainfall. However, in 2021 our harvest increased and our oil was awarded several awards including champion 'medium' extra virgin oil at the AIOA.
In recent years, our yields have unfortunately been down, but have still produced high-quality olive oil. In 2023, our oil received a gold medal at the AIOA. In 2024, we decided against harvesting.
